Who We Are
At Enviro Crates we are very proud of the work we do. Each honeycomb-structured panel we produce and each crate we build is meticulously put together to achieve a very high standard. By using recycled raw materials we are endeavouring to be a part of the solution to the countless environmental problems being left for our children and grandchildren. By using our product we are inviting you to join us in being a small part of the change we need to see in our lifetimes.

We manufacture bespoke cardboard honeycomb crates, panels (pallet bases), pallets and bins in partnership with Ubusi©. What makes our products unique is that the honeycomb structures used are made of b-flute cardboard - thus creating a 'structure within a structure' and providing superior strength to all of our products. All of the products we manufacture are made from recycled materials and are in and of themselves fully re-usable and recyclable.

Our vision is living up to our name, Enviro Crates, to the best of our ability. Furthermore, we aim to become a leading supplier of industrial-strength honeycomb crating & palletizing products in the Gauteng region.
Our mission is to transform our region's crating & palletizing nature by taking a stance in a world where environmentally friendly packaging is fast becoming the norm. We intend to do away with unsustainable materials such as plastic & virgin wood by manufacturing cardboard honeycomb packaging products from recycled raw materials.

Need a crate that's equally strong and professionally built?
Our ultra-sturdy and lightweight crates are ideal for moving or storing valuable / fragile items of almost any size.
Need to transport goods via airfreight? Our crates are ideal! We cater mainly for freight/logistics/removals companies, but museums and art galleries also make extensive use of our custom crates.
Each of our panels is produced under a load of 7 tons, making them unmatched in terms of load-bearing strength.
Our standard honeycomb panel size is 1000mm x 1200mm - exactly the same size as a South African pallet, making them ideal for use as a pallet base as well as pallet stacking.
Custom pallets can also be manufactured for export destinations that don't allow wood.
